Our meal ministry team exists to help carry the burdens of our brothers and sisters in Christ! We provide meals in various circumstances such as:

- The birth of a child.
- The death of a family member.
- Fellowship meals after a funeral.
- Illness, hospitalization, rehabilitation.
- The loss of a job.
- Any other situation where a delivered meal might provide relief.
There are a few things to consider when signing up. Meal schedules are created online (takethemameal.com). They are sent out via email and through our SCC Ladies Facebook Group. (If you are an SCC woman and you are not connected with our Facebook group, please search for âStillwater Christian Church Ladiesâ and ask to âJoin.â) In some cases, meal requests may be sent out via our One Call system. After signing up for the meal ministry, you will receive notifications for all meals, but you can sign up based on your availability. Signing up for the meal ministry team doesnât lock you into a strict commitment. You may use this form to sign up to volunteer!
Recipients can expect to receive, on average, 6 meals over the course of 2 weeks. This can be changed to meet different needs!
We also need your help in submitting needs! As SCC grows, it becomes more difficult to recognize each and every need. We are asking for your help in recognizing these needs so that we, as a church family, can better serve these families. See this form for submitting needs.
